Infincom and Toshiba Support "Cutting Out" Domestic Abuse

As sponsors of Girls Night Out to Cut Out Domestic Abuse, a national grassroots awareness and fundraising event held locally at Dolce Salon & Spa at Arrowhead on October 2nd. Infincom and Toshiba helped raise awareness and funds in direct support of Eve's Place Safehouse and Harmony House Safeplace, beneficiary shelters located in the metropolitan Phoenix area. A portion of the proceeds from GNO ticket sales were also allocated to Cut It Out (Salons Against Domestic Abuse) and The Purple Ribbon Fund for Children of Domestic Homicide, a national network of survivors and advocates working to elevate public awareness.

Attendees of the event were treated to food and drink, salon and spa pampering, and a silent auction, as well as education about how to recognize and respond to domestic abuse situations.

"We were proud to support the Girls Night Out program and offer our help as it is a 100-percent volunteer-led event," said Tiffany Bucher, president of Infincom. "Supporting our community in such a direct way, about such a serious and pervasive issue, is why we became involved. We will continue to offer our support to help survivors, and are urging others to consider volunteering towards next year's event."
